Background Screening 

  • Background Check: All prospective caregivers must undergo a thorough background check, including criminal history, prior employment verification, and any other relevant checks as required by state regulations. This is to ensure the safety and well-being of our clients.

  • Reference Check: Candidates must provide at least two professional references from previous employers or supervisors who can attest to their experience, reliability, and character. References will be contacted during the hiring process.

  • Drug Screening: Candidates may be required to pass a drug screening test as part of the pre-employment process.

  • Compliance: Employment is contingent upon successful completion of all background checks, reference verifications, and any other pre-employment requirements set by the agency.
